Employment Policy
Inforag Technology is committed to maintaining a professional, transparent, and fair workplace. All employees are expected to follow the company's employment policies and professional standards throughout their tenure.
1. Working Relationship
- Employees are expected to perform their assigned duties responsibly and professionally.
- Company assets, confidential information, and client data must remain protected at all times.
2. Resignation & Notice
- Employees are expected to inform the company before resigning and complete the applicable notice period or obtain written approval for an early release.
- Immediate discontinuation of employment without prior approval may result in administrative review before Full & Final Settlement.
3. Full & Final Settlement
- Salary and Full & Final (F&F) settlement are processed only after completion of the company's clearance and verification process.
- The company reserves the right to verify attendance, assigned work, company assets, and any pending responsibilities before releasing the final settlement.
- Processing timelines may vary depending on the completion of internal verification.
4. Salary Processing
- Salaries are processed on the company's scheduled payroll date.
- If an employee resigns or leaves the organization, payment of pending dues, if applicable, will be released after completion of the Full & Final settlement process.
5. Company Property
- Any company property, documents, login credentials, or confidential information must be returned before the settlement process is completed.
6. Policy Compliance
- All employment-related matters are governed by the company's internal policies, employment terms, and applicable laws.
- The company follows the same policies and procedures uniformly for all employees without discrimination.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Employees are encouraged to first contact the HR Department to resolve any employment-related concerns.
- The company believes in resolving issues amicably through discussion before pursuing any other course of action.

Active Projects, Notice Period & Client Protection
Active Projects & Notice Period
Employees working on active client projects are expected to complete the applicable notice period or obtain written approval from the Company before discontinuing their employment.
Recovery of Losses
If an employee leaves the Company without completing the applicable notice period and such departure results in demonstrable financial loss, disruption of client services, or breach of contractual obligations, the Company reserves the right, subject to the employment agreement and applicable law, to recover legally recoverable losses or make appropriate adjustments from any amounts payable during the Full & Final Settlement.
Client Protection
Employees shall not directly or indirectly solicit, divert, or engage the Company's clients, projects, or business opportunities for personal benefit or for another organization. Where there is reasonable evidence of such conduct, the Company may conduct an internal investigation and take appropriate action in accordance with the employment agreement, Company policies, and applicable law.
